We know this can be a stressful time and we have a solution to this problem; we would be able to utilise our storage facility to assist in holding your goods until your move in date is back on track. Alternatively, we could move this to another location that you had in place.

Absolutely! We always recommend having our estimator attend your home to carry out a home survey. These are useful to gauge your home removal requirements and to ensure we provide you with the best quotation on your removal.

 

Yes! We offer a variety of options for packing of goods. These range from kitchen pack, fragile packs, or a full home contents pack. We can also provide you with the materials should you choose to carry out your own packing of goods.

Our team would be able to assist in transportation of these items, however due to our insurance policy we are not equipped to disconnect. We strongly recommend  hiring a licensed technician to carry this out for you.

Generally, we would say yes, it is recommended to empty these contents separately  to avoid damages and create the furniture lighter whilst moving. If the contents are not breakables and are light it may be okay to keep them contained in the drawers.

Storage

Our storage is charged weekly therefore you only pay for what you use and are not tied into a monthly payment. We do not require you to pay for your storage upfront however if you had a preference in doing so, simply let us know.

We have a secured warehouse in which all our storage contents are kept within.

We have a state-of-the-art 24/7 monitoring system and sensors all throughout the facility to ensure the protection of our customers contents.

We offer two storage options for our customers; this is under general storage or self- storage.

General storage is nonaccessible as these are stacked and stored away.

Self-Storage you can access these units with at least 48 hours’ notice before your attendance.

We can accommodate both options, whichever suits the customer best. Should you prefer us to collect your contents our storage containers will be placed onto our truck before arrival at your property and you will see the goods being loaded first hand. No job is too big or too small as our vans can hold from 2 up to 5 containers at a time!

Should you want to bring your contents to us with your own transport, we kindly ask that you make contact prior to ensure we have a unit available for you and at least 48   hours’ notice is provided before your arrival.

Any of the following is not permitted in our storage units: perishables, plants, flammables, toxic materials, wet items, weapons, pet food, living creatures, paint, cash/currency.
